Have you come to the edge or boundary of a situation and need to consider a change of direction? Perhaps a waking situation suggests danger or unfinished business or that you would made it to the heights. Do you now have, or is it, the time to consider a wider perspective? If you are looking down, it may represent inner work or an acknowledgment of unconscious needs, especially if the cliffs are seaside. Being at the bottom of a cliff may suggest the heights you need to scale or overcome to resolve an issue. What helpful possibilities or resources does the dream include? The cliff may also be a pun for a man’s name.
See canyon, abyss.

In my dream, Micheal Myers hypnotized my entire family and turned them against me, and then they all chased me with pitch forks and torches. I ran and ran and ran then I came to a cliff and they were running towards me so I fell off the cliff and woke up right before I hit the ground.

My boyfriend and I were in a beautiful place climbing. When we reached the top it was high and lush and beautiful, I almost fell but he caught me, only he fell from the other side to his death.
